After graduating Montclair State University, I worked on the visual team and then as the display coordinator for Anthropologie in Shrewsbury, NJ. Anthropologie (an American clothing retailer, operating over 200 stores worldwide)  has all floor and window displays handmade by employees and local artists. Their mission statement: Turning the ordinary to extraordinary in an effort to constantly generate originality and a magical customer service experience.

My work as a student, book illustrator, and commissioned portrait artist relies on the principals and elements of art. The foundation of art education and the way I teach is also based on the structure and understanding of  balance, emphasis, movement, proportion, rhythm, unity, and variety.
